Spent my Xmas at this hotel. Two things I enjoyed were the upgraded large room and how clean it was. The hotel's location near the beach and shopping district made it easy to explore the area.
Sadly, the hotel staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Although their son spoke English, the owners didn't speak a word and clearly didn't know how to deal with guests.

The location of the hotel was a major advantage as it was close to everything we needed - restaurants, shops, and attractions. the room we were upgraded to was large and extremely clean, providing us with a comfortable stay. the bathroom was also well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. the service provided by the son of the owners, who spoke English, was exceptional. He helped us with our reservation and ensured that our needs were met.
The communication with the owners was a disappointment, as they did not speak English and were rude and unprofessional.
